Lynn loves creating beautiful rooms but that's not always easy. For example, how do you furnish an open concept space with spectacular lake views, a fireplace, and a media area? Lynn applied her design talents and problem solving skills to create a cohesive space that incorporated all focal points.
"Think about the function of the room. The form of the furniture will follow."
Nancy's design ideas often reach beyond the Pompanoosuc Mills catalog. One customer needed a pocket door in her kitchen but lacked the space for one. Nancy found a steel barn door fixture, mounted a photo of birch trees on it and installed it on the wall. The steel matched other kitchen fixtures and the photo mimicked the view from the window and provided an art piece when the door was closed.
"Be clear in expressing your needs, style preferences, and price. Work with companies that stand by their product. You'll be the living with the furniture you buy for years to come."
