Assist showroom customers in selections and purchases with the goal of developing long-term relationships
Work with customers to determine their interior design needs according to lifestyle, taste and budget
Translate customer desires from an initial idea into a working design and ultimately into a finished product
Use in-home design consultations to develop customer relationships and maximize selling opportunities
Manage and execute all stages of the sales process from opportunity through design, assembly and delivery to ensure superior customer satisfaction
Optimize sales through exceptional customer service
