We’re looking for an enthusiastic, competent person to join and lead our furniture finishing team. You will be working with a team of 10 to 15 craftspeople applying finish and setting up and prepping our furniture for final delivery. You will be working side by side with other company department leaders all striving for an impeccable product and most happy customers.
You should have a good knowledge of furniture and furniture finishing. Good communication skills are a must, of course, and experience leading a sizable team is necessary. Leading by example is an important mantra at Pompanoosuc Mills.
A strong ability to lead and working well with other teammates are the most important qualities needed for this position. A college education and good computer skills are also required.
