Finish Room Team Leader–2nd Shift

About the Job

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, competent person to join and lead our furniture finishing team. You will be working from 4:30pm to 1:00am with a small team craftspeople applying finish and setting up and prepping our furniture for final delivery. You will be working side by side with other company department leaders all striving for an impeccable product and most happy customers.

About You

You should have a good knowledge of furniture and furniture finishing. Good communication skills are a must, of course, and experience leading a team is a big plus. Leading by example is an important mantra at Pompanoosuc Mills.

Special Skills Required

A strong ability to lead and working well with other teammates are the most important qualities needed for this position. A college education and good computer skills are also required.
