This is an opportunity to join a growing business team and play a key role in increasing our market share. As an ambassador for our un-equaled level of customer service, you feel passionately about exceeding all expectations of the customer and providing them with the most amazing experience. In your role, you will be responsible for generating new business and effectively selling the company’s furniture designs to a local retail market. Liaising with customers and clients, you will develop strong and well-managed relationships in order to understand their design goals and recommend the most suited of products. You will have control over localized marketing efforts, driving your location’s business to exceed forecasts.

About You

You are an ambitious sales and business development professional and are seeking a stimulating continuation of your career progression, or a highly rewarding change of direction, You possess the ability to shake up, lead, motivate and coach an intimate team of sales professionals.

You have:

  • An eye for design
  • 5+ years retail experience preferably leading a successful retail unit to exceed its goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels as well as developed interpersonal skills.
  • Business development experience with proven and demonstrable results.
  • Experience leading and managing teams and working cross functionally.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong drive and determination to get things done and overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to develop relationships across management team and business functions.
